So how does it fit that for this case, in this instance, that its completely unreasonable? Even if what you said is true, which is isn't, but lets pretend it is. You know damn well that saying "draconian" was in reference to Spore's infamous DRM articles. Or you could continue to write articles in ignorance w/o actually looking into the issue. How about you record the call for your little website? It would be a great story to hear them solve the problem for you. Since you are so familiar with draconian rules and laws, can you explain how accurate the word is to describe Sony's Singstar DRM in contrast to Spore's DRM? Especially considering all you have to do is call Sony apparently.
